Our Customer Satisfaction Score, or ‘Net Promoter Score’ is an independent survey that generates a score each month. It’s a globally recognised metric. Our customers are surveyed about our services, and the score is based on the question:
How likely are you to recommend our service to a friend or colleague?
The score is between -100 and +100. As a guide, an NPS score above 0 is “good”, as it means that our audience is more loyal than not. Anything above +20 is considered ideal. Above +50 is excellent. Find out more about NPS scores.
