We pride ourselves on our transparency with our customers, so much so that we are the only fire protection company in New Zealand to publicly share our Customer Satisfaction Score.
In our quest to provide remarkable customer service, we regularly undertake customer surveys that are managed by an independent company.
Otherwise known as the Net Promoter Score (NPS), a globally recognised metric, the score is based around the question of whether a customer would recommend our service to others.
NPS is expressed as a score between -100 and +100. As a guide, an NPS score above 0 is “good”, as it means that our audience is more loyal than not. Anything above +20 is considered ideal. Above +50 is excellent. Find out more about NPS scores.
