Since starting up in 1976, Fire Security Services has designed and developed fire and security systems for a wide range of organisations.

David Nathan, the founding director and principal shareholder, has over thirty years industry experience and is dedicated to improving fire safety. He is a member of the New Zealand Fire Alarm Standards Review Committee for NZS4512; forms part of the Fire Protection Association (FPA) Executive Team; and is on the Board of Fire Protection Inspection Services (FPIS).

There is a huge depth of experience within our team, with specialists in both fire and security systems. Our people are the cornerstone of our success and our team works together with you to design a solution that truly meets your requirements.

We approach each project with an open-mind and work with you to put together a system you trust. All Fire Security Services people working on client sites have passed a thorough New Zealand Police security check. We manage this process, including the issue of identification cards, access cards and key issue. As part of our commitment to setting the benchmark in industry practice and maintaining high standards of service delivery, we provide NZQA Firetech training programmes.

Fire Security Services are fully experienced with Health & Safety requirements on highrisk construction sites. We have a proactive approach to compliance with Site Safe and Health & Safety practices.
